Father-of-two Mark Duckworth, of Leeds, said neighbour Loretta Diplacido has made his family's life 'hell' after they refused to let her grandson use their garden trampoline. The family claim Diplacido has harassed them for years and even spat at them. He added she recently targeted his mother-in-law Azadeh Kent, 63, after she moved in. Diplacido, 54, was caught on camera pouring hot tea over the grandmother and was later arrested and convicted of assault. She was handed a community order but the family now want her evicted from the home.
