Hi, this video show you how to complete a full power cycle to reboot your XBOX ONE completely. This process does not delete any of your games or data, this video shows you both ways to complete the power cycle, one way is using the XBOX console to physically complete it and the 2nd way is using the controller and the setting menu on screen to complete it. If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts then you will need to repeat the steps in the video.
