This is an unfortunate PS4, that was touched by a bad technician, as they proceeded to remove the HDMI port they ripped most of the pads of the port. More than 50% of the pins are ripped. The most challenging pins are 19,16, and 15 (correct order) We at TDR took the challenge and wanted to see if we can rebuild! We got a successful picture image at the end of the process.
