Watch Apple Macbook Air (A1466) Repair - No Power, missing PPBUS_G3Hot in New Channel | Channify

This video shows the diagnosis and repair of a mid-2013 Macbook Air computer with an 820-3437-B motherboard. This particular machine has some issues with its PPBUS_G3Hot power rail - it should be 8.6v and it's actually measuring just over 1v. Here we take a look at the schematic, board view and find the problem, replace the faulty component and get the machine back up and running once more. Unfortunately I cannot share these documents or link you to them but a search on Google will return them without too much aggravation.
