Delhi–Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System Delhi–Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (Delhi–Meerut RRTS) is an 82 km long,under-construction, semi-high speed rail corridor connecting Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut. It is one of the three rapid-rail corridors planned under Phase-I of Regional Rapid Transport System (RRTS) project of National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC). With maximum speed of 160 km/h (99.42 mph), the distance between Delhi and Meerut will be covered in around 62 min (1.03 h).The project will cost ₹30,274 crore (US$4.4 billion) and is expected to start operations by 2025.[ 2. Raipur Smart City Raipur is the capital city of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. It is also the largest city of the state. It was formerly a part of Madhya Pradesh before the state of Chhattisgarh was formed on 1 November 2000.It has a widely diverse population from all over the country. On the industrial propects, it has seen an exponential growth over the years. With a strong presence of international brands and prominent global automobile companies, Raipur has emerged as a major business hub in the central India. Kashi Vishwanath Corridor Kashi Vishvanath Temple is one of the most famous Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. The temple stands on the western bank of the holy river Ganga, and is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, the holiest of Shiva temples. The main deity is known by the name Vishvanatha or Vishveshvara meaning Ruler of The Universe. Varanasi city is also called Kashi, and hence the temple is popularly called Kashi Vishvanath Temple. Its name originally was Vishveshvara (broken down Vishwa: Universe, Ish: Lord; Vara: Excellent) or Lord of the Universe. 4. Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg Mumbai Nagpur Super Communication Expressway also known as Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg is an under construction[1], 701 km (436 mi) long, 8 lane expressway, connecting the two capitals of Maharashtra Nagpur and Mumbai.[2] The expressway will run through 10 districts, 26 tehsils, and 390 villages in the state and is expected to cut travel time between the two cities to 8 hours.[3] The project is expected to cost Rs 46,000 crores and requires the acquisition of 8,603 hectares of land.( Samruddhi Expressway) #megaprojects #projects #thedawn
