Sheikh Mohammed visited the airport's Terminal (1) where he inspected the counters of the General Department of Residency and Foreigners Affairs as well as the passengers' luggage area. Familiarizing himself with the latest technology used at this vital port, Sheikh Mohammed ordered the facilitation of travelling procedures to client without further delay. Sheikh Mohammed also toured 'Sheikh Rrashid' Terminal, concourse (1), and assured himself of the quality of services and facilities provided to guarantee ultimate comfort of clients. الخميس 4 أكتوبر 2012 - قام صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي "رعاه الله"، اليوم، بزيارة تفقدية إلى مطار دبي الدولي اطلع خلالها على سير العمل والإجراءات المتبعة في تسهيل وانسيابية حركة المسافرين خاصة القادمين إلى الدولة من الزوار والسياح. وقد أمر صاحب السمو نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي خلال الزيارة بتسهيل إجراءات السفر للقادمين والمغادرين دون أي تأخير، كما أمر سموه بتفعيل خدمة تجديد جوازات السفر المنتهية للمواطنين بالمطار أثناء مغادرتهم الدولة.
